These Terms govern your access to and use of STNR.TV and related websites, applications, connected-TV experiences, creator tools, interactive features, and services operated by STNR Media LLC. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and Services
You are responsible for accurate account information, your credentials, and activity through your account. STNR provides media discovery, streaming, creator, publishing, network, interactive television, advertising, commerce, and related features. Features, programming, availability, supported devices, and channels may change over time.
YouTube API Services and YouTube Content
STNR uses YouTube API Services and may display YouTube content through YouTube's official embedded player. By using STNR features that access or use YouTube API Services, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
YouTube content remains subject to the rights and controls of YouTube and the applicable content owner. STNR does not acquire ownership merely by cataloging public metadata or displaying content through an authorized player. Users may not use STNR to circumvent YouTube restrictions, obscure required attribution or player functionality, manipulate metrics, interfere with advertising, or download content where not authorized.
External and Unclaimed Creator Listings
STNR may organize publicly available creator information and content into discovery pages, catalogs, or program listings. A listing does not necessarily mean a creator has registered with, endorsed, partnered with, or licensed content directly to STNR unless expressly stated. Creators or authorized representatives may contact STNR regarding corrections, removal, partnership, profile claims, or direct content relationships.
Creator and User Submissions
You retain ownership of content you own and submit. By submitting content for hosting, publishing, promotion, distribution, or display, you represent that you have the necessary rights and grant STNR permissions reasonably necessary to provide the requested Services. Separate written agreements may govern specific licensing, compensation, production, sponsorship, or distribution relationships.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
STNR software, branding, original programming, interfaces, graphics, and proprietary materials are owned by STNR or their respective licensors. Third-party content remains property of its respective owner. Copyright owners or authorized representatives may contact STNR at the address below regarding material they believe infringes their rights.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, manipulate playback, analytics, advertising, or transactions, evade security controls, impersonate others, or materially interfere with STNR or third-party services.
Commerce, Advertising and Third Parties
Additional terms may apply to purchases, tickets, subscriptions, products, advertising, sponsorships, or creator compensation. Third-party processors and integrated services operate under their own terms. Advertising displayed inside a YouTube player, when present, is controlled by YouTube.
Availability, Suspension and Disclaimers
STNR may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, STNR, third parties, infrastructure, legal compliance, or service integrity. To the extent permitted by law, Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” STNR does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continued availability of third-party content, or advertising or monetization on any particular playback.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STNR Media LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms as our Services, integrations, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
