STNR.TV is operated by STNR Media LLC (“STNR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and protected when you use STNR.TV and related services.
Information We Collect
Depending on your use of STNR, we may collect account and contact information, creator or business information, submissions and metadata, communications, transaction-related information, IP address, approximate region, browser and device information, referring pages, pages and channels viewed, playback and interaction events, session information, diagnostics, performance information, and security events.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate and secure STNR.TV, authenticate accounts, manage creator and publishing features, deliver content, process submissions and transactions, provide support, measure audience and content performance, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse, improve the Services, enforce agreements, and comply with law. STNR first-party analytics are separate from YouTube or other third-party platform measurements.
YouTube API Services and Embedded YouTube Content
STNR.TV uses YouTube API Services and displays certain publicly available YouTube content through the official YouTube embedded player.
STNR may retrieve public YouTube API Data including channel identifiers and names, video identifiers, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, publication information, playlists, upload information, and video availability or embeddability information. YouTube audiovisual content remains hosted and delivered by YouTube. STNR does not download or rehost YouTube audiovisual content as part of this integration.
When an embedded YouTube player loads or you interact with it, Google and YouTube may receive information about that interaction and your device and may use cookies or similar technologies according to their policies.
Use of YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's processing of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
YouTube API Data Retention, Refresh and Deletion
STNR may temporarily store public YouTube metadata to operate its catalog. STNR refreshes or removes stored YouTube API Data in accordance with applicable YouTube API Services policies and removes unavailable or no-longer-embeddable content when identified through synchronization. If STNR later offers optional Google or YouTube account authorization, users may revoke access through Google security settings, and applicable authorized API Data will be handled following revocation in accordance with YouTube API Services policies and applicable law.
Cookies and Third-Party Services
STNR and integrated third-party services may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies for sessions, preferences, security, measurement, embedded content, advertising, and fraud prevention. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Advertising inside an embedded YouTube player, when present, is controlled by YouTube.
Sharing and Retention
We may disclose information to service providers as reasonably necessary to operate STNR, when directed by you, when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We retain information as reasonably necessary for service operation, legitimate records, security, disputes, and legal obligations, subject to shorter third-party API requirements where applicable.
Your Choices
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or certain uses of personal information. We may verify identity before completing a request.
Security and Children
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. STNR does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy as STNR, its technology, integrations, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
